Adult Cardio Tennis/ Group Fitness:
These sessions are a great way to accelerate your metabolism, improve energy levels, burn calories, lose weight, look and feel better and generally improve strength, flexibility and fitness. These classes are fun and fast paced group sessions incorporating tennis with great music to help you work harder! These sessions are designed to keep you moving, socialising and burning lots of calories outside of the gym. For everyone and anyone – yes even if you’ve never picked up a racquet, so come and join us for your first complimentary session, you’ve got nothing to lose but calories! Juniors at an intermediate level can also participate. The following 2 sessions are available.
Depending on your fitness, we will work you to your ability within the session.
Ideal for those whom may not have exercised for some time, wishing to start a fitness program at an introductory level. Ideal for those wanting to drop a few kgs and get moving again in a fun environment.
For those wanting a tougher workout. Designed for people with specific weight loss and fitness goals, wanting to challenge and push themselves to their limit. If your bored at the gym and looking to train with other like-minded people or just something different, these classes are for you! Guaranteed to have you hurting … or your money back!
Must bring a towel and water bottle and wear comfy work out clothing and runners.
Racquets can be used free of charge.
